To those who say we don’t want to see classic cake recipes! Leave 10 figs and 10 dried apricots in warm water for a short time to soften. Dust 1.5 cups almonds and 1 cup hazelnuts in food processor. Whisk 2 eggs with 1 cup of milk and as much grated lemon zest as you like, until slightly White. Drain the dried apricots and figs on them and chop them into small cubes. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of cocoa and continue the mixing process. Transfer the prepared mortar to a greased cake mould and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
