Omelet With Oat Cheese
Ingredients:
1/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp grated feta
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup cubed cubed chopped red capia pepper
1 egg
2 pieces chopped full walnuts
Recipe:

After cooking the oats with water, turn the olive oil and salt/pepper/zahter, cheese, paprika and onion in a non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes. Add the egg and leave to cook. After cooking, mix with the oats and add the walnuts on top.

Bread with Banana and Chia Seeds
Ingredients:
1 small banana
1 tbsp almonds or peanut butter
1 tsp chia seeds
2 slices whole wheat bread
Recipe:

Apply 1 tablespoon almond / peanut butter in thin slices on whole wheat bread. 1 teaspoon of chia seeds is added and the bananas are chopped.the other is closed on bread and pressed in the toaster.

Spinach Mushroom Egg

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 handful fresh / frozen spinach
4-5 pieces finely chopped mushrooms
1 clove chopped garlic (optional)
2 tbsp grated cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe:
Whisk all ingredients and cook in a pan.add the last egg. you can undercook the egg yolk if you like.

Avocado sandwich with egg bacon
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 slice toasted bread
1/2 avocado
1-2 sprigs fresh parsley or arugula
1 slice bacon or turkey salami
Recipe:

we peel and slice the avocado.then we add the vegetable we want. add slice bacon (you can cook the bacon if you like) finally, we add poached eggs.
