Sugar-Free Cocoa Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
3 bananas
1 tbsp honey
4 eggs
1 tsp cocoa
Half a teaspoon carbonate
Half a teaspoon salt
Quarter teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup mixed dried fruit
Recipe:
Mash the bananas with the help of a fork. Add honey and stir. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, add over the banana puree and mix well. Add the cocoa, carbonate, salt, dried fruits and cinnamon and stir again with the help of a wooden spoon. Mix the mixture into a greased cake mould. Bake in preheated 200-degree oven.


Unsweetened Fig Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cups water
1 cup molasses
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1 cup dried figs
1 cup chopped almonds
Half a cup of chopped pistachios
Recipe:
Take all ingredients except dried figs, pistachios and almonds into the oven,stirring constantly until darkened.
Add the remaining ingredients close to consistency. Mix it up for another minute or two and pour it into my debt. When cold, cut and serve.


Dried Fruit Pecan Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup liquid
2 cups flour
1 packet baking powder
10 dried apricots
10 dried figs
Half cup dried cranberries
Half cup raisins
1 tea cup walnuts
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
Recipe:
Put all the dried fruit and dried nuts in the bowl and mix (the dried fruits should be soft). In another bowl, whisk the liquid and egg well with the mixer. Mix flour, baking powder, honey and cinnamon into another bowl and mix. Add the dried fruit and mix and pour the cake into the mold where you will cook. Place aluminum foil over the mold and bake in the preheated 180-degree oven for 35 minutes. Take the foil over and cook for a further 5 minutes.
