1-Banana Pancake

Crush 1 banana in a large bowl. Add 2 eggs on top, a pinch of baking powder and a few drops of vanilla extract, stirring nicely. Heat the pan nicely, lightly oiling it with some butter. Don’t forget to take more of the oil with the help of a napkin. Then carefully transfer a few spoonfuls of the pancake batter to the pan. When you start to see bubbles on the surface of the pancakes, turn them. You can serve your well-cooked pancakes with walnuts and fresh fruit, enjoy!

2-Fruit Yogurt

In a deep bowl, mix 1/3 cup raspberries with 1 tbsp maple syrup and mash nicely. In a separate bowl, add 1 cup of yoghurt and add the prepared sauce. 1/4 cup blueberries and 1 tablespoon of filet almonds decorated with fruit yogurt enjoy!

2-Red Fruity Smoothie

In a blender 1 banana, 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup raspberries, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup yogurt and add. Mix until you have a homogeneous mixture. Divide the mixture into 2 cups and consume it with pleasure!
