1-Tomato chips with Parmesan

Slice 4 medium tomatoes into round slices. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 tablespoons parmesan and 1 teaspoon garlic powder into a mixing bowl. You can also add finely chopped parsley. Sweeten the tomatoes with this condiment. Place the tomatoes on a greaseproof paper in a preheated 90-degree oven, checking every half an hour to cook. At the end of 4-5 hours, it will reach the crunch you want. Bon Appétit!

2-Carrot Chips

Wash and dry 4 medium-sized carrots nicely and then slice them thinly. Place the carrot slices on the tray where you spread the baking paper. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 20 minutes or so on the fan schedule. If you want your chips to be crispy, you can cook for another 10-15 minutes by lowering the oven temperature to 120 degrees. Bon Appétit!
