Instagram is full of these photos now! The colorful bowls are full of delicious, fresh and healthy things! Here’s their generic name, smoothie bowl. They are more preferred for breakfast, but they look so delicious that they can be eaten at any time of the day!

These fruit bowls are so easy to prepare!
We start with 1 cup frozen or fresh fruit. We Yesil Yesil Yesil and in terms of nutritional value, 1/2 cup steamed green leafy and fibrous vegetables are added. And, of course, we’re not skipping a banana, which is the most satisfying element of every bowl.

5 tbsp yogurt
10-12 pieces of blueberries
6 strawberries
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds

For the above:
15 blueberries
1 small size
1 tsp chia seeds
5-6 raw almonds

How Is The Recipe Made?
Transfer the filtered yogurt to the blender.
Remove the straw portions of the strawberries and add.
Then add the blueberry honey and chia seeds.
Mix well.
Put the mixture in a bowl. Slice the banana. Garnish with almonds, chia seeds, banana slices and blueberries and serve.
You can decorate it with fruits, dried fruits, oats or seeds.
