Chocolate Mousse Recipe

3 eggs
125g dark chocolate
2 tsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup cream
3 tbsp caster sugar

Preparation Of Chocolate Mousse

Separate the yolks and whites of the eggs and place in separate bowls. Whisk the yolks well. Melt the chocolate and butter in a separate bowl and heat them in the microwave if you like. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, slowly adding. Let it mix without whisking by simply turning it upside down with the help of a spatula. Divide into bowls and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
