Baked Spinach With Eggs

Peel 1 onion and 1 garlic clove, chop into cubes. Chop 400 grams of spinach indiscriminately. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter by taking the pan and sauté with the onion you have chopped, adding the garlic. Keep sautéing until the onions are transparent. Then add the spinach to the pan as well and stir gently. After cooking for 2-3 minutes, remove from the stove. At this stage, you have to make sure the spinach is not overcooked! Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to the spinach you take from the stove, stirring nicely. Then place in a mold that can enter the oven. Carefully break the eggs over it. 1 sprinkle the tea cup of grated cheddar cheese over the spinach and bake in the preheated 180-degree oven for 10-15 minutes or so. Bon Appétit!

Baked Cauliflower Fries

Chop half the cauliflower transversely. Put water in a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Boil the cauliflower slices gently in the water you have boiled. Make sure it does not soften completely as you will put it in the oven. In a separate bowl, 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, half cup olive oil, 1 egg, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons powder, red pepper, and add 1 teaspoon of the pepper, mix nicely. Place the cauliflowers on the baking tray where you have prepared a mixture and put on greaseproof paper. Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven for 30 minutes or so. If you want to get crispy cauliflowers you can cook for another 15 minutes by running only the top setting of the oven, Bon Appetit!

Baked Cheddar Meatballs

Perhaps the most troublesome of the Bake-Off recipes!😁Grate 1 medium-sized onion to prepare the meatball mortar. Take 500 grams of medium-fat mince into a deep mixing bowl. Add 1 egg, grated onion, 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon salt, half a teaspoon of cumin and half a teaspoon of black pepper, then knead the meatball mortar. Cut walnut-sized pieces from the meatball mortar and shape them by rolling them in your palm. Rest in the fridge for 20 minutes or so. For the tomato sauce, peel 2 tomatoes and 1 onion Cube by Cube. Finely chop half a bunch of parsley. Tease 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a broad-based saucepan. Sauté the cube-shaped chopped dry onions until they have a light colour. Add the chopped tomatoes and 1 tbsp tomato paste, then continue to sauté. Add half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper and half a cup of hot water, then leave to simmer for 5 minutes or so. Remove the meatballs from the cupboard, add to the sauce and cook over a medium heat until coloured. Add the chopped parsley and stir once. Then transfer all ingredients to a baking dish. Bake in preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes or so. Finally, sprinkle 1 cup grated cheddar cheese over the meatballs you have removed from the oven. Bake again until the Cheddar melts and share it with your loved ones while it’s still hot, enjoy!
