DATE BALLS

Ingredients:
1 cup palm (seeds removed)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
2/3 cup gluten-free oatmeal
Prepare: leave your dates in hot water for about 15 minutes. After softening, pass through the food processor. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Mix the mixture into tiny balls. Leave in the fridge for half an hour and then eat with pleasure.



YOGURT BAR

Ingredients:
250 grams yogurt
3 tbsp honey
Half cup blackberries, blueberries, raspberries
3 tbsp oats
2 tbsp pistachios, walnuts, nuts or almonds (unsalted and coarsely chopped)
Mix the honey and yogurt in a bowl. Take the mixture into a small bowl where you lay out baking paper and spread it out. Then sprinkle the other ingredients over this mixture. Leave in the freezer for about 5 hours. After freezing, you can serve with a knife.



ROASTED PEPPERONI TOAST

Ingredients:
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp honey mustard
1 roasted red capia pepper
2 leaves arugula
2 slices old cheddar
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pour cream cheese and mustard on the breads. Arrange the peppers, arugula, cheddar and cover. After cooking in the toaster for a while, apply olive oil on the back and front of the bread with a brush. You can serve it with a glass of unsweetened tea.
