Mosaic cake recipe with 3 ingredients

1 packet of dark chocolate (80 or 60 g)
1 packet of milk chocolate (80 or 60g))
1 packet of cream
1 ½ packs of puff biscuits

Its making:
Crumb the biscuits with your hand in a large bowl.
Take the cream in a saucepan and heat and cover the bottom.
Break 2 packets of chocolate into the hot cream and stir. Make sure the chocolate melts.
Mix the chocolate cream and biscuits and wrap them in a triangle shape into a stretch film and lift them into the freezer.
You can also add pistachios, nuts, orange peel, nutmeg.
Take it out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving and let it soften.
You can slice and serve. Bon Appétit!
