140 g dark chocolate
90 g milk chocolate
3 large eggs
1 glass of sugar
150 g butter
2 soup spoons of cocoa
2/3 cup flour
1/2 (half) teaspoon of salt

Cut the butter into small pieces and take it into a heat-resistant glass container.
Add salt and chocolate.
Place the bowl over the kettle or pot filled with boiling water until it is 2 cups. The bowl is not supposed to touch the water.
We’ll melt it down Benmari and mix it up nicely.
And leave to come to room temperature.
Set the oven to 180 degrees.
Use a square mold that is not too large. I’ve used 28×28 square borcam it might be better if you have a smaller mold a few inches.
Take the eggs and sugar in a deep bowl.
Whisk nicely with the help of a mixer.
Add the melted chocolate and butter to the egg mixture while continuing to whisk. And keep whipping.
Add the flour and cocoa, sifting through the mixture.
Whisk with the mixer until all ingredients are mixed, leaving no whiteness.
Pour the mixture into the mold, smooth it over and place the Oreo pieces on top without pressing.
25 minutes of cooking time there is not much left immediately take the oven to room temperature wait.
Then slice and serve. Bon Appetit 💕 💕
