Unsweetened and Sugar Free Cookies

-1 cup dry Berry
-1 tbsp dark cacao
-1 cup raw nuts
-1 egg whites
We pass the nuts through the Rondo until it becomes flour and we use it as flour.
We also Rondo the Mulberry dries until they are in their tiniest condition. And we use Mulberry powder for sugar in our cookies.
We knead the egg whites, cocoa, hazelnut and Berry dried powders in a bowl until they identify with each other.
You can prepare and shape pieces in any form you want.
Bake for an average of 20 minutes in a 180-degree oven that you have preheated.
Your healthy cookies are ready!


Bar With Nuts

-1 handful of nuts
-1 Palm almonds
-1 handful dried apricots
-2 dried figs
Dark chocolate
Soak the dried apricots and figs a little in hot water. Once softened, pull both of them out of the blender.
Mix the nuts and almonds in the same blender and mix with the apricots and figs.
Make a rectangular bar and pour the chocolate that you have melted into a benmari style.
