Fruity Oats

Ingredients:
⅓ Cup oats
⅓ Cup of yoghurt (you can also opt for milk in the same proportions.)
1 or 2 tsp chia seeds
Mix all ingredients together. To sweeten your meal, you can add a few strawberries and nuts into it.



Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup milk
1 tsp powdered peanuts
Put all the ingredients in the pan and stir over a low heat. After getting the consistency of the pudding, pour into moulds and leave in the fridge for 3-4 hours. You can decorate by adding blueberries, bananas, apricots or any tropical fruit you like.


Parfait With Fruit Yogurt

Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt
½ Cup oats
Forest fruits
Stir in the oats and fruits. You can add some chia seeds or finely chopped walnuts into it. Place this mixture at the bottom of your serving dish, add yogurt on top and repeat the application. You can also add forest fruits to the top
