600g beef brisket mince (one shot)

2 garlic cloves
2 medium Corniche pickles
3-4 tbsp pickled juice
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp powdered cayenne pepper
Salt (optional) according to)

1-If we have all the ingredients, let’s start with our hamburger meatballs. Let’s mix our lemon and carbonate in a large kneading Bowl.
2-Then add all the ingredients for the patties and knead them.
