Panna cotta recipe

Leave 3 sheets of gelatine in a bowl full of cold water for 5 minutes to soften by itself, which will give the consistency to the dessert. Transfer 400ml cream, 200ml milk and 1/2 cup granulated sugar to a small saucepan. Cut the vanilla stick in half lengthwise with the help of a sharp knife. With the help of the tip of the knife, scrape the inside of the shells that will give the dessert the main aroma. Transfer the crust and pith of the bar vanilla to the pan. Cook the cream, mixed with milk, powdered sugar and vanilla stick, over low heat until it reaches boiling point. Softened leaf gelatins in cold water, after squeezing the juice, add to the sweet mixture and remove the dessert from the stove. Stir to melt the dessert at its own temperature. Soak silicone or disposable containers for ease of serving the dessert. Take away the excess water. After straining the sweet mixture to get a smooth consistency, evenly divide it into serving moulds. Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours to get consistency.
