Ingredients For Tomato Soup Recipe
5 large juicy tomatoes
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
4 cups hot broth
2 cups hot milk
For service:
1 cup grated cheddar cheese



Tomato soup recipe: you can prepare the soup in a practical way by using the tomato puree you have prepared or purchased for winter.

How To Make Tomato Soup Recipe
1-Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan. Add 2 tablespoons flour and roast in butter over low heat until the smell comes out.
2-Add 5 grated tomatoes to the roasted flour mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
3-Add 4 cups of hot broth on top. 2 tea cups of milk heated in a small coffee pot to not cut, add little by little and stir quickly.
4-Cook the soup over a medium heat until it boils, then over a low heat for 15 minutes. Pass it through the blender to get a smoother consistency.
5-Serve the soup in the serving bowls with the addition of grated cheddar cheese. Bon App├ętit!
