Chocolate strawberry milföy recipe

Ingredients
1 packet ready milföy dough
4 packets of milk chocolate
2 packets of dark chocolate
1 packet of whipped cream
1 pack chives (optional))
1 pack of strawberries
1 egg yolk
Note: you can also decorate with your fruits at home.
Preparation
Spread the greaseproof paper into the baking sheet. How many layers you want to make, put your milföy dough on the tray and paint with egg yolks. Set your oven to 180 degrees.
Take the Bain-Mari chocolates into a bowl and melt them. Cover the sides of the melted chocolates with no air, and leave in the fridge until warm.
And put the cream in the fridge.
Bake the milföy dough on the baking sheet in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. (Cook until the tops are fluffy and pink).
Take the whipped cream and mix with the chocolates. (At this stage you can mix slowly clockwise with the spatula without whipping so that the cream is not crushed.)
Gently rub the chocolate cream over the milföy dough and place your strawberries or blackcurrants in a milföy again and continue with the same process.
You can serve it after refrigerating it to freeze for half an hour.
Bon Appétit!
