How to make Simit?

1 cup warm milk,
1 cup warm water,
1 cup liquid oil,
3 tbsp vinegar,
1 packet of human yeast (10 g),
1 tbsp granulated sugar,
1 topping teaspoon salt,
5.5 cups flour.
for the above:
1 cup water,
2 tbsp grape molasses,

How to make Simit?

Making Simit
Put in a bowl of warm milk, warm water, yeast and powdered sugar and whisk well.
Add oil, vinegar and salt and whisk.
Then add the flour little by little and knead the dough with a soft consistency that sticks to the light hand.
Cover the dough with a stretch and let it ferment for 30-40 minutes.
Let’s pluck tangerine-sized chunks out of the fermented dough and roll them.
Let’s split the tangerine-sized meringue in two and give it a long round shape like the one pictured.
Then, as in the picture, let’s connect the two ends together.
Finally, let’s combine the ends and give them a bagel shape.
Put the water and molasses in a bowl and mix well.

Let cook in a preheated 190° oven for about 20 minutes until they are golden brown.
