3 cups milk
110 g chocolate
2 tbsp granulated sugar
Half cup nut Shard
Chocolate sauce (in the same way)
2 tablespoons honey (for the edge wetness of the glass)
Preparation of hazelnut hot chocolate

Heat the milk in a saucepan over a medium heat for about 5 minutes. Make sure it doesn’t overheat. Add the chocolate and mix well. Turn your cups upside down and cover the mouth parts, first, with the honey you put on a plate, then, in the nutcrumbs on another plate. Divide the hot chocolate into cups. Serve garnished with plenty of nut shards.
