How To Make Celery Soup?

2 celery (with stems and leaves)
1 onion
1 carrot
2 garlic cloves
1 lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cups hot water

Chop the onion and garlic in small pieces. Peel the carrots and celery and slice them thinly. Roast onion and garlic in hot olive oil. Then sauté the carrot and celery, discarding. Add 3 cups of hot water and cover. Cook for about 30 minutes. When the carrots are soft, cover the bottom, add salt and pepper to your taste buds and pass them through the blender.Serve with finely chopped celery stalks and leaves.
