Ingredients For Dalgona Coffee Recipe
2 tbsp granular coffee
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp hot water
200 millilitres cold milk

If you wish, you can also do the whisking with a mixer. You can also add 20 ml espresso coffee or 2 teaspoons granulated coffee to the milk.


In a bowl, take the granulated coffee, sugar and hot water.
Start whipping with an egg beater or wire beater. It’ll be dark at first.
After whisking for about 6 minutes, the colour will turn on. Keep whipping.
After 15-16 minutes, when it has solid consistency, finish whisking.
Put a few pieces of ice in a glass.
Pour the milk over the ice. (At this stage, if you wish, you can also add espresso on the milk.)
Add the coffee cream you prepared on the last.
You can serve as you wish. Enjoy your meal.
