Croissant Sandwich

Croissant Sandwich Recipe:
1 plain croissant
1 egg
2 slices cheddar or cheddar cheese
2 slices smoked turkey
2 tbsp milk
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper well. Pour into a pan with very little oil and cook, stirring. Cut the croissant in half. Put the turkey fumes at the bottom, the cheese slices on top and the egg you cooked at the top. Serve hot, baking for 5 minutes.
