Penne Arrabbiata

1 pack of pasta
2 cups tomato juice
or mix 4 tbsp paste with 2 cups water
4 tomatoes
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 cup liquid oil
1 onion
cayenne pepper (may be an ornamental pepper) according to taste)
1 paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic
Enough salt, black pepper, red flake pepper
1 tsp dried basil (or fresh basil-reyhan)

Its making
1-Finely chop the garlic and onion.
2-Heat the liquid oil and olive oil in a pan.
3-Add the onions and roast until pink.
4-Add the minced garlic and roast a little more.
5-Sauté the finely chopped hot peppers and paprika, adding them.
6-When the peppers are well soft, add the chopped tomatoes.
7-Put the tomato juice, red pepper, salt, pepper, dried basil and add the sugar to the boil.
8-Put our sauce on the pasta like this or mash it with a mixer and place it. I like them when they’re seen.
9-Add the tomato sauce, mix well and serve on a platter. You can serve it by sprinkling grated cheddar cheese on it according to your desire
