BlackBerry Galette

For The Dough:
1.5 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp cold coconut oil
1/4 cup ice water
1 tbsp honey
for the above:
2 tbsp honey
10 pieces of blackberries

Put the flour and salt in a bowl. Add coconut oil in pieces on top. Add the iced water to the mixture drop by drop. Finally add the honey to the mixture. Refrigerate the dough for an hour. In a bowl, mix the blackberries and honey well. Leave the dough in the cupboard, then open with the help of a roller. Pour the blackberry mixture into the middle, leaving a little space around the edges. Fold in the edges of the dough. Bake in a 170-degree oven for 30 minutes. Bon Appétit!
