Fit Apple Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 packet baking powder
1 tbsp honey
2 Tbsp molasses
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp vinegar
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 Palm Walnut
2 grated apples
2 Cay spoons of cinnamon powder

Preparation:
First, prepare the Apple mortar. Cook the honey, cinnamon, grated apple and walnut in the pan until you have pulled the juice. Prepare the dough while it is cooked. Put the eggs, yoghurt, vinegar and molasses in a deep bowl and mix nicely. Then add the flour and baking powder and knead the dough. If it sticks to your hand, you can add flour little by little. Separate a portion of the dough, less than half of it, to decorate the top of the pie. Put greaseproof paper on a tray. Place the large dough on the tray where you put greaseproof paper and spread the inner mortar on it. Cut strips from the other dough, cover over the pie and place in the oven. Cook the pie at 180 degrees until it is browned over. Bon App├ętit!
