Fit Cake With Lemon

Ingredients for Lemon Cake Recipe
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup liquid oil
1 packet baking powder
1 packet vanilla
2.5 cups (300-350 grams) flour
1 lemon


Lemon Cake Recipe
To make lemon cake;
The eggs and sugar are whisked well.
Grate the lemon with the small portion of the zest. Juice is squeezed.
Milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, oil and vanilla are added on the egg and mixed.
Finally, the flour and baking powder are sifted and added to the dough.
Pour the cake dough into a greased mould and bake in a 170 degree oven for 45 minutes.
You can serve it by sprinkling icing sugar over the cake and garnishing it with lemon shells.
