Raw Cheesecake

For Subbase:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup nuts
2 small size bananas
For The Cream:
500 gr labne (even 300 grams is enough. The Vegan alternative is cashew cream)
4 small size bananas
1-2 tbsp honey (Vegan alternative: agave syrup)
8 tbsp red beetroot juice (any red fruit can also be used

For the sole, either of the oats and oily nuts you prefer, mix them into flour and separate them into bowls by passing the Rondo separately. Then, put the nuts and oat flour in the Rondo with the banana and make the dough. Place stretch film / baking paper on the base of a rectangular or square mold. Spread the dough to the base of the mold and leave to stand on the edge. Whisk in the labne, mashed banana, vanilla and beetroot juice and achieve a cream. You can add up to 1-2 tablespoons of honey to suppress the cheese taste a little. Pour the cream over the base and garnish as you wish. Leave in the freezer for 3-4 hours and then consume.
